We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager Consultant to lead customer‑centric transformation initiatives, leveraging Human Centered Design, stakeholder insights, and journey mapping to improve experiences and support strategic decision‑making.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead and evolve customer journeys and stakeholder journeys.
Analyze market research studies and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
Identify needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Define value propositions aligned with stakeholder needs.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, international stakeholders, and patient associations.
Apply Human Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies across strategic projects.
Ensure the voice of patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders is embedded into decision‑making processes.
Required Experience




~4+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX).
~4+ years applying Human Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies.
~4+ years in Market Research and insight generation.
~4+ years in Customer Journey Mapping and Stakeholder Journey Mapping.
~ Experience managing multidisciplinary and international stakeholders.
~ Background in consulting environments or business‑facing roles.
~ Ability to work autonomously and quickly take ownership of ongoing initiatives.
~ Professional level of English.

Collaboration Details
Location: Barcelona (mainly remote, with occasional office attendance).
Initial duration: 6 months.
Start date: End of September / Beginning of October.
