In this role you will deliver and operate modern software solutions for Clinical Development, taking end-to-end responsibility across the lifecycle in a regulated IT environment. You will work in an international product team, translating business needs into scalable solutions and driving continuous improvement. You’ll blend engineering with operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape impactful IT services. Guide and collaborate with external developers when applicable
Participate in agile delivery and support team coordination
Support capability development and roadmap planning with the business
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in modern programming languages and back-end technologies (e.g. Python)
Experience with container-based or cloud-native solutions (e.g. OpenShift, AWS)
Experience in CI/CD environments and toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bitbucket)
AWS or Azure exposure and IaC concepts (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK) and cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, storage and databases)
Experience delivering IT solutions from prototyping to productive operation at scale
Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
Willingness to learn across roles and adapt to evolving product needs
