In this role, you define and drive the general clinical value design for Roche Information Solutions, focusing on digital health, AI-enabled care, and real-world adoption. You lead a global team of medical experts and serve as Medical Director for CVRM, shaping clinical strategy and domain leadership across cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases. You ensure clinical perspectives guide AI-enabled product development and evidence strategies, delivering measurable value in real-world care. You partner across product, data science, and market access to enable adoption and impact.

~ Define and execute the global clinical value design strategy for RIS with emphasis on digital health and AI-enabled care transformation
~ Lead and develop a global team of healthcare experts and medical directors
~ Embed clinical perspectives into AI-enabled product development, data-driven decision support, and adoption strategies




~ Act as strategic partner to product, evidence generation, data science, UX, and commercial teams; support reimbursement and health economics with Market Access, Payer, and GTM teams
~ Set the enterprise-wide clinical strategy for AI-enabled and data-driven healthcare products and ensure scalable value creation
~ Influence senior stakeholders and lead adoption across global and regional teams
~ 10+ years in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or healthcare consulting
~ Experience with digital health, AI-enabled solutions, and clinical decision support systems
~ Proven leadership of global teams and senior stakeholders
~ Cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, medical, and commercial teams
~ MBA and/or PhD strongly preferred
