We are seeking a Data Analyst to support an enterprise data and analytics initiative in Madrid. The role focuses on translating business requirements into sustainable analytics foundations, data models, dashboards, Power Apps, and actionable insights while coordinating with stakeholders and development teams.
Analyze functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop or improve analytics foundations and solutions such as data models, dashboards, Power Apps, and related foundations
Lead stakeholder-framing meetings in line with the data way of working, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
Act as the data business expert and support project management from the business perspective
Propose sustainable technical solutions and support the generation of relevant business insights
Perform corrective and scalable maintenance of analytics foundations and data models




Contribute to defining the business case and the overall objectives of the project
Define and monitor project plans, KPIs, metrics, activities, and methodologies in collaboration with the development team
Supervise content and ensure overall quality where applicable
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
Proficiency in SQL and experience interacting with databases
Strong Excel skills
Experience with data modelling
Proficiency in Python
Ability to translate business needs into processes and IT evolutions and to design functional requirements
Understanding of the relevant organization's data organization and system functional architecture
Skill in Agile project management
Clear communication on data topics
Ability to propose ways to optimize and accelerate data tasks
The role is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
