We’re currently looking for a User Researcher to join our team in one of our top tier clients, playing a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions and understanding user needs.




Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy
Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (quali or quantitative)
Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making
3 to 6 years of experience conducting user research for digital products or solutions
~ Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.
~ Ability to lead workshops , ideation exercises and product and service definitions
~ Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
~ Good organization skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
