In this role you will drive cost management and procurement for complex construction projects, partnering with clients to deliver accurate estimates, cost plans, and post-contract cost control. You will work within a cost management team to support data center, pharma, or oil & gas projects, shaping value through pre- and post-contract activities. healthy, adaptable working environment
Provide estimate and cost planning, producing and presenting final cost plans
Lead procurement activities: pre-qualification, bid analysis, bid reports, and contract documents
Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
Carry out cost checks and valuations on larger projects ensuring timely accuracy
Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to client





Liaise with client and other consultants across project stages
Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas (preferred)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong technical experience across pre-contract, post-contract, and final account
Solid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
Solid understanding of civils, structural, and architectural aspects of projects
Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex construction projects
