For the office in Paguera, a dedicated Property Manager is sought to take independent responsibility for an exclusive portfolio of properties and act as the primary contact person for property owners and clients. This multifaceted role blends on-site property oversight, customer relations, technical insight, and hands-on project coordination. You will not only work from the desk but also regularly visit estates across the island to identify necessary maintenance and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
Your core responsibilities include:
Independent management and continuous oversight of high-end properties across Mallorca
Serving as the direct, trusted contact person for property owners and discerning clients
Conducting regular property inspections, condition checks, and proactive defect tracking
Organizing, commissioning, and supervising maintenance, repairs, craftsmen, and external service providers
Coordinating minor renovation, refurbishment, and modernization projects, including reviewing quotes
Monitoring timelines, budgets, and execution quality,



while keeping owners transparently updated
Long-term prospect of taking over location leadership and leading a local team
What you bring to the role:
Professional proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (spoken and written)
Relevant background in property management, real estate management, construction, or project coordination
Strong technical understanding of residential properties, building systems, and home automation
Outstanding organizational talent with an autonomous, structured, and solutions-driven mindset
Confident, service-oriented communication skills with both international clients and local contractors
Valid driver's license (Class B)
