Prospect, qualify outbound leads and deliver strong customer experience across the sales cycle
Engage with prospects, map stakeholders, and leverage relationships across departments
Create and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas
Lead meetings with C-Suite and VP-level executives from discovery to closing
Apply consultative selling to guide prospects through the buying journey
Deliver reliable activity and revenue forecasts and own the sales process




Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX, and Senior Leadership
Position the product clearly to support prospect decision-making
Contribute to Factorial’s French market expansion with insights and strategy
French native speaker; professional English level
Previous sales experience; customer satisfaction or project management experience valued
Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
Strong active listening and presentation skills; ability to craft strategic messages
