We're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies to hire a German-speaking Account Executive to help build and accelerate its presence in the DACH market , from Barcelona.
You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your territory, develop your own go-to-market approach, open strategic accounts and build relationships with senior decision-makers — rather than simply working an established book of business.
Now, the focus is on bringing that success to the German market.
Build the German-speaking market from the ground up.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and creating new opportunities through to negotiation and closing.
Build a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account development.
Identify and engage senior Finance and business decision-makers.
Lead consultative sales conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
Own complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to maximise opportunities.
Develop and execute your own approach to growing the German market.




Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently deliver against ambitious sales targets.
Experience as an Account Executive, SDR or BDR within a B2B SaaS environment.
A strong track record or genuine appetite for new business and outbound sales .
Native or fluent German and professional English.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
