~6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
~ Experience managing or developing analysts
~ Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams
~ Strong experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement analysis
~ Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
~ Expertise in data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
~ Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
~ BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
