We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing Barcelona team and play a key role in the development of our Energy & Telecom practice. The position combines project leadership, senior client exposure, team management and business development, in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with strong career development opportunities.
French-speaking candidates are particularly relevant to support the continued development of our business in France and other French-speaking markets, while working from Barcelona as part of our Iberian team.

As a Manager, you will take ownership of projects from definition to delivery, combining rigorous problem solving with client leadership, team development and contribution to the growth of the practice.
Leading strategy, transformation and operational improvement projects from definition to delivery
Structuring complex problems and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Managing project teams and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and contributing to proposals
Coaching junior team members and contributing to the development of knowledge and the practice




The Type Of Projects You May Work On Includes
Growth strategy, business planning and commercial strategy
Operational excellence and performance improvement
M&A;, commercial due diligence and post-merger integration / separation
Regulatory, market and digital transformation projects
Around 5–8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in strategy, management or operations consulting and proven experience leading projects and teams.
Knowledge of Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure or Telecommunications is highly valued, although strong candidates from other sectors are also welcome.
Fluent English and fluent or bilingual French (C1/C2). Spanish is a must and Catalan is valuable.
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior client stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and interest in business development and the growth of the practice.
