Key Accountabilities:

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, from site selection and acquisition to construction and delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential development opportunities.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the development team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall real estate development strategy.
- Identify and assess new development opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, architects, and other partners.




- Represent the company in negotiations and discussions related to development projects.
- Stay informed about local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate market.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions on project viability.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Spanish speaker and does not need a work permit in Spain.
- Experience in construction and development in Costa Del Sol is a must.
- At least 10 years' experience in planning and execution.
- Executed at least one major project, not just designed but also executed.
- Experience in the GCC preferably, but not mandatory.
