As a Producer at Tripledot Studios, you will lead a cross-functional team to on-time delivery of high-quality game features from prototype to live operations. You’ll balance product quality with business needs, guiding multiple tracks and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You drive efficient delivery through agile ceremonies, risk management, and transparent roadmaps, while fostering a collaborative, high-morale environment. Own end-to-end timelines for games/features from design to release, including translating technical aspects for stakeholders
Balance core business goals with high-quality execution using strong game sense
Lead a cross-functional team of ~30 (Dev, Art, QA) across multiple tracks, including live games and prototypes, managing release schedules
Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to drive delivery and remove blockers
Synchronize with external departments (UA, Data, Central Tech) and incorporate their requirements into the roadmap




Maintain transparent roadmaps and provide regular, visual progress reports to stakeholders
Identify production bottlenecks and risks early and implement mitigations
Improve production methodologies for efficiency while avoiding rigid processes
Collaborate with Product to backlog manage and allocate tasks to meet player and business goals
Foster a productive culture, resolve conflicts, maintain morale, and uphold accountability
Production/Delivery experience in the games industry (mobile preferred)
Experience coordinating large teams (30+) through full development cycle, from prototype to Live Ops
Mastery of Agile/Scrum and ability to tailor processes to team dynamics
Stakeholder management across departments and alignment of external deadlines with internal schedules
Advanced Jira and task-tracking tool proficiency for complex workflows
High emotional intelligence for conflict resolution and supportive leadership
Strategic thinking with data-informed decision making on resources and development paths
Location willingness to work onsite in London, Barcelona, or Warsaw
