On behalf of MMS Infusion business the Depot Service Engineer provides high quality professional Customer Support services that meet the needs of both the Customer and the Business.
Deliver high quality, efficient & professional, on time services relating to: pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, trouble shooting and problem solving and customer technical training.
Depot based but support the wider team as required within a defined territory as needed or requested
Promote products and Services and achieve defined targets in terms of savings, quality and revenues where achievable.
Work closely with the commercial team to drive business growth & success
The idóneo candidate will be Technical High School (Electrical/Electronic or IT) qualified or degree in Biotech,



with 2-5 years of work experience in a service or operations environment, preferably within the medical sector. Advanced level skills in MS Office, SQL, IT
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
