In this Engineering Manager role, you will lead and grow a team while staying close to impactful work, shaping AI-native approaches across the product. You’ll help reimagine software design for AI-powered workflows that improve real business outcomes. You’ll partner with the business to translate problems into engineering initiatives and coach engineers to reach their full potential. ~ Lead and grow the engineering team, including hiring and developing talent

~5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role
~3+ years leading engineering teams
~ Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations
~ Experience with scalability, performance, and quality in production
~ Business mindset and ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes
~ Curiosity about the business and ability to translate it into technical choices
~ Ability to lead through honest, Socratic discussions and collaboration
~ Experience with AI-powered features or workflows and production readiness
~ Ability to review and ship AI-generated code safely
~ Understanding of LLM limitations and safe use of AI in systems
