At Capitole, we keep growing and we are looking for a QA Functional Analyst to join an international project, working closely with Business, Product, Development and QA teams.

Hybrid model: 2-3 days per week at the office

Languages: High level of English and French

What will you be doing?

- Analyse business and customer needs and translate them into technical-functional requirements and solutions.

- Review Release Notes and validate new functionalities.

- Design and execute functional and regression testing to ensure release quality.

- Participate in workshops with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define new features and requirements.

- Gather and formalise business needs, rules and functional requirements.

- Write technical-functional specifications, User Stories and test cases.

- Perform API and web services testing using Postman or Insomnia.

- Work with REST/SOAP services and application integrations.

- Collaborate with Development and QA teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Analyse, reproduce and document production incidents.

- Manage bugs, incidents and provider tickets through Jira.

- Participate in technical-functional L2 support activities.

- Track test execution, results and functional analysis progress.

- Contribute to test automation and the continuous improvement of QA processes.

What are we looking for?

- 1-5+ years of experience in Functional QA, Functional Testing and/or Technical-Functional Analysis.

- Solid experience in functional and regression testing.

- Experience with API testing, Postman/Insomnia, REST and SOAP.





- Experience using Jira for bug and incident management.

- Ability to write User Stories, functional specifications and test documentation.

- Good understanding of application integrations and complex information systems.

- Strong analytical mindset with a quality-oriented approach.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.

- Strong communication skills and experience working with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

- High level of English and French - C1 would be highly valued.

- Previous experience in transportation and/or e-commerce environments would be a plus.
