Responsabilidades

Define and govern end-to-end architecture across frontend, middleware, APIs, backend, and integrations

Drive technology strategy and architectural roadmap for web platforms including cross-platform dependencies

Lead performance optimization, scalability, caching, and operational resilience initiatives

Identify bottlenecks and technical debt; establish observability, SLOs, and reliability metrics

Act as the technical authority for system design and critical delivery milestones; mentor teams

Translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with platform strategy

Adopt modern architecture patterns (modular/monorepo, microservices, API-first, event-driven)

Enforce secure coding, performance best practices, and system reliability

Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and audits; ensure regulatory and quality adherence

Ensure robust CI/CD,



release governance, and production readiness in collaboration with QA/DevOps

Oversee impact analysis of changes to minimize risk and maximize release confidence

Communicate architecture vision and risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to align customer experience with platform capabilities

Drive adoption of cloud-native, headless CMS, and composable architectures; promote developer productivity

Requisitos principales Extensive experience in enterprise web platform architecture (frontend, backend, integration)

Strong understanding of B2C, B2B, and eCommerce journeys (logged-in and non-logged-in)

Hands-on expertise: SvelteKit, React, Angular; SSR/CSR; reusable components

Node.js/Java/serverless architectures; middleware aggregation; SSR

Experience with REST/GraphQL, microservices, and integration patterns

Caching, CDN/edge strategies; reverse proxy routing and traffic handling

CMS and composable platforms (e.g., Builder.io, Spryker)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); containers (Amplify, Kubernetes); API gateways

Observability and performance tooling (Dynatrace, JMeter); Core Web Vitals

CI/CD, DevOps practices, monorepo setups (Nx preferred); security and reliability focus

Full solution lifecycle ownership; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving mindset

12–18+ years in software; 5+ years in architect-level roles; platform transformation experience

Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Architect strong communication stakeholder management decisive problem-solving
