Overview

As Process Engineer Manager at Sensient Lerma, you will lead the process engineering function to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing. You'll drive continuous improvement, optimize production workflows, and guide the development and deployment of new manufacturing processes and equipment. You'll collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams to ensure successful plant-floor execution and reliability.

Responsabilidades Plan, monitor, and control production processes end-to-end for safety and efficiency

Lead and develop the process engineering team, fostering continuous improvement culture

Drive data-driven process improvements to reduce variability and cycle times

Identify and mitigate process risks; develop and implement optimization strategies

Lead development, implementation,



and launch of new manufacturing processes and equipment

Act as liaison between production and technical manufacturing teams across sites

Drive improvement across existing processes and equipment focusing on efficiency, capacity, quality, safety, and reliability

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

7–10 years in process engineering with leadership experience

Hands-on experience with plant-level process control and process-variable management

Experience leading projects from development to plant-floor implementation

Strong knowledge of production, quality assurance, and process control in manufacturing

Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP and Microsoft Office
