Overview In this role you will lead sourcing for Professional Services across Italy and Iberia, partnering with internal teams to drive savings and compliant procurement. You will manage subcategories like Total Talent Management and Real Estate & Workplace Services, influencing supplier choices and contract negotiations. You'll work with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategy with regional business needs, delivering measurable value and governance.

This is a high-impact role within Sanofi's Procurement function, aimed at enabling growth through excellence and sustainability.

Responsabilidades Support strategy execution for the category alongside Integral Lead Buyer or Regional Category Manager

Deliver savings pipeline aligned with targets

Perform data crunching using advanced Excel and related tools to derive insights

Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for the category

Contribute to local projects per Category Management

Report status, savings, performance, and risks of sourcing activities

Benchmark against other industries and best practices





Run SRM program with suppliers in scope

Maintain knowledge of procurement policies, risk, CSR, and compliance; ensure adherence and corrective actions

Stakeholder management and presenting procurement strategies to internal customers

Requisitos principales 6-10+ years of procurement or related field experience

Strong ability to build relationships across business lines and manage projects

Knowledge of best-in-class procurement techniques and processes

Proven analytical skills with tools/systems (PowerBI, advanced Excel, Thinkcell)

Ability to work independently on multiple priorities

Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements

Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Fluent in English; Italian and Spanish language capabilities relationship building cross-functional collaboration communication and negotiation
