Overview

As Procurement Site Leader, you will shape the long-term procurement strategy for the site and ensure it aligns with Grifols' business objectives. You'll lead a procurement team, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets to optimize resources. You will build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to deliver innovative, cost-efficient solutions. This role places you at the center of cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, compliant operations in healthcare manufacturing.

Responsabilidades Strategic planning and execution of procurement activities aligned with long-term business goals

Align site procurement with overall business objectives and interdepartmental coherence

Lead and mentor the site procurement team to foster continuous improvement and excellence

Budget management and cost control to meet financial targets

Identify and implement procurement best practices to improve processes and performance

Develop relationships with suppliers, customers,



and internal stakeholders

Supplier relationship management to drive innovation and value

Coordinate with other departments to align procurement with overall business strategies

Requisitos principales Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Proven procurement experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or a regulated industry

Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills

Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ability to resolve supply-related challenges in a factory

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Problem-solving and proactive, solution-oriented mindset leadership communication problem-solving procurement strategy supplier relationship management budgeting and cost control
