We're seeking a Principal Product Designer to own the design strategy for our WSJ enterprise products—professional experiences that bring The Wall Street Journal and the wider Dow Jones portfolio to the businesses and institutions that rely on our journalism to make informed decisions. In this a senior individual-contributor role, you will set the direction for one of our growth areas and become a go-to design expert on how Dow Jones serves enterprise and professional customers. Enterprise customers don't always consume content the way consumers do.

You'll hold enterprise design to the high bar set by our consumer products and be tightly integrated with the platforms guaranteeing these decision-makers are empowered with WSJ + Dow Jones content. You'll shape strategy with senior design, product, and business leadership, resolve the tension between enterprise requirements and consumer-grade craft, contribute to the enterprise patterns that live in our Index Design System, and mentor senior designers across both our professional and consumer brands. You'll be the design authority for your domain—navigating ambiguity and setting the standard others build upon.

You will report to the SVP of Product Design within the Design & Research organization. Own the design strategy for our enterprise experiences. Design how organizations manage seats, assign content, and understand engagement across their teamsHold enterprise work to the Journal's standard of craft.
