We are already a product and engineering‐led company. We move fast, ship quickly, and build technical products used by some of the largest companies in travel, fintech, mobility, superapps, and e‐commerce. Your job is to build the GTM structure around what we launch: positioning, sales narratives, target segments, early adopters, customer feedback, measurable adoption, and the initial sales enablement needed to reach PMF.

A good way to think of it is: you turn product launches into commercial adoption,



and build the function around that as the company scales. You build a new function from scratch, instead of joining a mature Product Marketing or launch setup You report directly to the CEO and sit close to the decisions, the product, and the commercial teams that need to make it work You work on technical B2B products where better GTM can directly change adoption and revenue You get to define how Nuitée launches, tests, learns from, and commercialises new products Nuitée is at the stage where this role will have immediate impact. How do we test whether the market actually understands and values what we built? has worked with products like platforms, APIs, infrastructure, fintech, developer tools, data products, or similar has strong commercial instincts and understands how Sales teams actually work is confident joining early customer conversations to test positioning, understand adoption, and bring feedback back to the business is hands‐on enough to build the function from scratch, and senior enough to step into a leadership role as the team grows That suits people who like pace, responsibility, technical products, commercial impact, and building structure without turning everything into a slow process.
