Job ID: project-manager-interior-fit-out-data-centresSalary: 85,000 - 110,000Company: LJB & CoJob Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Data CentresLocation: Germany / Finland / Spain / Italy (Travel across Europe)Sector: Interior Fit-Out | Data Centres | Commercial ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-Time | PermanentSalary: 85,000 - 110,000 + Accommodation + 10/4 Rotation + Travel + Net Living Allowance We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading European interior fit-out contractor delivering major data centre, commercial, and pharmaceutical projects across Europe.Based across projects in Germany, Finland, Spain, and Italy, you will take full responsibility for delivering large-scale interior fit-out packages from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing contractor with a strong pipeline of hyperscale data centre projects throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
- Develop and manage project programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules.
- Coordinate design activities with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, commercial performance, and forecasting.
- Lead site management teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.




- Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans where required.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and HSEQ procedures.
- Manage project risks, variations, and client communications.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting.
- Chair project meetings and issue regular progress reports.
- Build strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Drive successful commissioning and project handover.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and complete interior fit-out packages.
- Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects.
- Full driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
