In this role you will bridge digital learning innovation and business value within an agile team, delivering learning products that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals and user requirements throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll turn features into measurable ROI while ensuring scalable, seamless data flows. - Contribute to the creation and delivery of learning products and solutions within an agile team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements
- Translate business vision into actionable user stories for Dev, UX, and QA
- Monitor post-launch performance, data, and SLAs to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with IT architects to ensure scalable, end-to-end learning data flows




- Support the evolution of the functions culture and the TransformD journey
- Demonstrate Roches dimensions in daily practice
- 3-5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager
- Bachelor in Business or related field; Agile certifications (CSPO/PSPO) preferred
- Strong grasp of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP)
- Proven track record managing digital platforms for external clients or commercial customers
- Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and prioritize backlogs by ROI
- Technical literacy to collaborate with IT on data flows, integrations, and scalability
