Overview

As Product Manager for Transport, you'll define and execute the roadmap for our ground transport offerings, improving user experience and business performance. You'll collaborate with engineering, BD, and design to connect travel experiences across modes, focusing on content integration and value for Prime members. You'll shape MVPs, prioritize features, and analyze performance to drive conversions and revenue.

This role offers impact at scale within a multi-brand travel ecosystem and a hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

Roadmap execution: translate strategy into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria

Prioritization: manage a prioritized backlog balancing customer, business, and feasibility

Performance monitoring: define and report KPIs for area of ownership

Cross-functional collaboration: align business stakeholders, UX/Design, and engineering for timely delivery

Content execution: collaborate to integrate new transport providers and expand inventory





Value innovation (Prime): optimize pricing, deals, and features to enhance Prime value

A/B analysis: examine results to identify conversion and revenue opportunities

MVP definition: outline MVPs for new offerings that deliver business value

Customer experience delivery: optimize journey segments to reduce friction across devices

Quality of experience: ensure a consistent, high-quality trip experience across touchpoints

Requisitos principales 3-5 years in Product Management in high-volume e-commerce, platform, or travel/transport

Analytical skills with metrics definition and data-driven decision making

Technical acumen: ability to discuss APIs, data structures, and system limitations with engineering

Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders

Proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on execution and continuous improvement communication collaboration problem-solving
