Overview In this Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end product development and industrialization efforts within a dynamic automotive environment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality. Responsabilidades Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects

Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality

Serve as the primary interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers

Drive continuous improvement for profitability and efficiency





Oversee manufacturing readiness including process validation, tooling, prototypes, and launches

Track project performance via KPIs, risk management, and strategic planning

Ensure customer satisfaction through innovative, compliant solutions

Support successful product and production line launches and long-term growth

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Industrial Engineering

5–10 years in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic development

Proven international project management and team management experience

Analytical with a results-driven, people-development orientation

Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and time management

Knowledge of problem solving tools (Kaizen, 8D) and process audits

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and APQP

Recommended knowledge of SAP and PLM (SAP experience desirable)
