Overview In this role you will manage general factory capacity and demand planning, coordinating across supply chain, planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to optimize workload and resources. You will provide visibility on current projects and future opportunities, balancing internal and outside group plants. You will drive standard reporting and digital tooling to support capacity planning and project execution.

This position offers the chance to shape factory utilization strategy across diverse regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsabilidades Coordinate projects and capacity planning across multiple plants (IG/OG) and regions

Lead demand planning and schedule coordination with tendering and plants

Map factory status to balance resources and workload





Collaborate with Industrialization, Supply Chain, and tendering to align flows and capacity

Report factory and customer project backlogs and perform SIOP/DSR tracking

Analyze workload transfer between factories and prepare EU OG coordination for future utilization

Deploy asset collection via M2C tool and track installed base

Enhance reporting through digital skills and standardization

Requisitos principales 3+ years in assemblies and equipment integration

3+ years in project management

Proactive, organized, solution oriented

Experience managing projects across different BUs in a complex environment

English proficiency (spoken and written)

Microsoft Office proficiency
