Harbour.Space Institute of Technology offers a unique work–study opportunity for a Master’s in High-tech Entrepreneurship. This programme combines project-based academic learning with an industry apprenticeship in Project Management.

Who this is for:

You've organised competitions, olympiads or similar programmes before, and you're comfortable working on several projects at once. You make decisions, you work easily with students, schools, coaches and international partners, and you care about technology, education and developing talent. You're fluent in Spanish and English.

Who we're looking for:

- Experience managing or organising competitions, olympiads, or related projects and events
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Confident working with students, schools, coaches, partners, and international stakeholders
- Able to take ownership and make decisions independently




- Strong communicator and team player
- Interested in AI, technology, education, and talent development
- Fluent in Spanish and English

Your responsibilities may include:

- Managing olympiad accreditation, governance, reporting, and relationships with competition boards
- Leading team selection: registrations, competition rounds, communications, results, and documentation
- Growing participation through relationships with schools and institutions across Spain
- Coordinating team training, coaches, academic activities, and residential camps
- Managing event logistics: venues, travel, accommodation, catering, insurance, safeguarding, suppliers, and budgets
- Running communications, social media, PR, landing pages, and stakeholder materials
- Developing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Representing the competitions at schools, conferences, fairs, and industry events
- Tracking programme performance and identifying improvements for future editions

Nice to Have:

- Background in programme, project, or event management
- Experience in education, competitions, camps, or working with students
- Experience managing partnerships, sponsors, budgets, or suppliers
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Marketing, communications, or PR experience
