Responsabilidades Manage assigned projects from operational and functional perspectives

Lead OEM/OES projects involving components and systems using established technologies

Achieve project KPIs across profitability, quality, development costs, payback, and production readiness

Ensure adequate and effective project resources





Identify and resolve issues via cross-functional collaboration and escalation

Define and manage project budgets within broader project or system budgets

Manage customer relationships at local and central levels

Coordinate communication within the project team and with related P2/P1 projects

Requisitos principales Proven experience managing complex automotive projects (OEM/OES)

Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities

Budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking experience
