Задачи Lead the Business Enablement portfolio across architecture, infrastructure, networking, cyber security, and related enabling capabilities

Translate strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps and delivery plans

Oversee project and programme delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets

Manage portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals

Manage performance, capability development, and resource allocation across the portfolio

Foster accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Establish and maintain portfolio governance aligned with enterprise standards and strategic priorities

Ensure initiatives have appropriate sponsorship, ownership, funding, KPIs, and delivery plans

Lead portfolio reviews, executive governance forums, and reporting activities

Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation

Monitor portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations for investment and prioritisation decisions

Partner with Product, Engineering & Technology, Operations, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders

Ensure technology initiatives support product, operational, reliability, customer, and business objectives

Champion portfolio management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams

Manage portfolio risks,

Ensure change impacts, operational readiness, adoption, and business outcomes are addressed throughout delivery

Provide early visibility and escalation of issues that may impact portfolio performance

Требования University degree or equivalent professional experience

Formal project management training

Proven experience managing complex portfolios of projects and programmes in technology, operational, or commercial environments

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and resource planning

Experience across infrastructure, networking, cyber security, cloud, platform engineering, or related technology domains

Strong portfolio governance, financial management, planning, stakeholder management, and prioritisation capabilities

Ability to manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholders

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Fluent in English

Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, additional languages, experience in aviation, airline technology, or mission-critical environments
