We are currently looking for a Q2C / CX Process Manager to join a major transformation project within a leading international company. The role will focus on improving and harmonising Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across global and regional teams, with a strong focus on process efficiency, customer experience and continuous improvement. Lead performance management and stakeholder coordination across regions Experience in general process harmonisation and continuous improvement Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments Strong stakeholder management skills in international organisations Important: This is a 6-month temporary project, with an ASAP start.
