We are currently looking for a Q2C / CX Process Manager to join a major transformation project within a leading international company.

The role will focus on improving and harmonising Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across global and regional teams, with a strong focus on process efficiency, customer experience and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Drive Q2C process harmonisation and continuous improvement

Map and optimise processes within an S/4HANA environment

Identify pain points, quick wins and efficiency opportunities using KPIs

Lead performance management and stakeholder coordination across regions

Develop customer journey maps and drive CX improvements

Monitor process adoption and adherence

Support governance, implementation and hypercare activities

We are looking for

Strong experience in Q2C / O2C / process transformation

Experience in integral process harmonisation and continuous improvement

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments

Strong stakeholder management skills in international organisations

Important: This is a 6-month temporary project , with an ASAP start.
