In the frame of our strongly growing R&S; business, the quality function with its different aspects in Quality Management System, Quality Assurance as well as Supplier Quality Assurance is of great importance. For these reasons, an additional Hub with Quality professionals will be built in Spain.

The Quality

Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the hosted quality functions of the organization in Madrid. The role oversees process management, regulatory compliance for accessories and devices (CE Marking), supplier- and material data mgmt. with respect to poor supplier performance. Activities are conducted in close cooperation with the R&S; HQ Quality function in Munich Your tasks Process Management Control of new and existing processes and policies (change management, support for optimizations, transparency) Operational support and continuous improvement of QMS tools (Guideline Portal, document management system), including training Regulatory Compliance & CE Marking Coach and ensure processes for development-related quality management activities Supplier Quality Assurance Initiate, drive or support measures to improve quality and availability at suppliers Consult development, engineering, projects and production Establish and monitor quality standards for external suppliers and partners.





Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure a stable and high-quality supply chain. Manage supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) and drive quality improvements at the source.
