Under the supervision of the Product Assurance and Reliability Engineering team, and with progressively increasing autonomy, support space projects for customers such as ESA and CNES. collect failure-rate data and contribute to reliability, availability, MTBF, and maintainability predictions. Software (SW): Support criticality classification, traceability, architecture and design reviews, failure mode analysis, verification activities, defect tracking, and coverage and maturity metrics, in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-80 where applicable. Review documentation, configuration records, and logs; support design reviews, audits,



and performance indicators.

Internal Testing: Collaborate with engineering teams in the preparation and execution of internal system tests; verify configurations and procedures, ensure requirement-to-test-to-result traceability, record evidence, analyse anomalies, and verify corrective actions and re-testing results. Final-year undergraduate or master's student in a relevant engineering discipline, with the ability to formalise an internship agreement for the full duration of the placement. Basic knowledge of probability, statistics, systems architecture, and data analysis.

Strong attention to detail, document control skills, initiative, communication skills, and the ability to work in international teams. Familiarity with ECSS-Q-ST-30/40/80 standards, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RBD, MTBF, and maintainability analysis. Understanding of the software lifecycle, testing, CI/CD, static analysis, defect management, and configuration management.

Advanced

Excel skills; knowledge of Python and RAMS tools would be an asset.
