Experteer Overview In this role you ensure and facilitate Nordex Quality standards during the Balance of Plant (BoP) phase by coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders. You will create control plans for BoP and for each turnkey project, oversee on-site quality during construction, and report to the Head of Iu0026amp;C Quality. You will also audit subcontractors and suppliers, manage documentation, and represent the department in COE groups.

This role combines hands-on site leadership with cross-functional collaboration to drive quality and compliance in wind projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos Create BoP control plans and project-specific Control plans

Recruit, train and manage outsourced resources to ensure on-site quality

Supervise works, tests and controls related to BoP during construction





Report to Head of Iu0026amp;C Quality on quality across civil, electrical, foundations

Support PQM, Sales and PM on BoP Clean Sales when needed

Audit subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure proper construction documentation is managed

Represent the department in the COE group

Responsabilidades Engineering degree

Mandatory BoP experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Teamwork, problem-solving mindset, high commitment

High level of English

Willingness to travel

Experience in similar roles is a plus
