Overview

As Translation Project Coordinator you will steward multilingual projects from kickoff to delivery, partnering with internal teams and a general network of vendors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You'll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, resolving issues and ensuring documentation and processes support scalable, consistent outcomes. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and growth in a leading language services company with a global footprint.

You will work across cross-cultural contexts to drive successful localization initiatives.

Responsabilidades Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects

Oversee all project phases from initiation to delivery for smooth execution

Collaborate with Sales/Client Services to define scope, timelines, and requirements

Engage with vendors to negotiate rates, assign tasks, and set deadlines, then monitor progress

Track project status and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders

Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins, and reporting





Maintain organized project documentation

Perform quality control checks at various stages and ensure compliance with processes and standards

Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Superior written and spoken English communication

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role in a corporate environment

Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders internationally

Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
