Company Description SafeStays is the rental division of The One Properties, specializing in mid- to long-term rentals. We are looking for someone fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or business development, to help us build our presence and grow our property portfolio in this exciting new market. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Madrid and focuses on property acquisition, portfolio growth, and landlord relationship management for SafeStays.

The role involves identifying and securing new properties, generating relationships with landlords and local partners, and supporting the growth of SafeStays' presence in the Madrid market. Daily tasks include generating new leads,



conducting comprehensive market research and comparative pricing analyses to evaluate potential opportunities, presenting SafeStays' services to property owners, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating property inspections, documentation, and necessary communications. Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, luxury hospitality, real estate, travel, or premium services.

Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Fluent

Spanish and English are required; Spanish is a plus although not required. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
