You will advance research, prototype novel models, and deploy them to production to enhance learning experiences for millions of users. Responsabilidades AI Research & Development: design and optimize deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and multimodal models for personalized learning

Applied Science Execution: prototype and deploy cutting-edge models in production

Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: support and guide junior scientists and engineers

contribute to model architecture, research methodologies, and deployment pipelines

Requisitos principales PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of industry experience in deep learning-based NLP applications

Strong proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)

Ability to drive AI initiatives from research to production in a collaborative environment

Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of impactful AI solutions
