Overview In this role you will lead the Quality Department at the Barcelona-area plant, aligning quality policies with the overall business strategy. Compensaciones / Beneficios Permanent full-time contract Versátil working hours Individual language training Responsabilidades Lead and own the Quality Department and annual plan Manage customer quality relationships, including complaints and escalations Oversee all QA processes and activities provide training to operations manage performance Assess and plan short- and long-term training needs Manage department budget and ensure cost efficiency Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a multi-shift manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as: IATF, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GRR, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, VDA, Corrective and Preventive Actions Quality orientation
