RF Systems Engineer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a RF/Microwave Systems Engineer with experience in the design of RF transmission and reception architectures, mixed-signal analog/digital design, RF power amplifiers, and RF circuit simulation to join projects focused on space communications systems, satellite payloads, and advanced RF subsystems for space applications .

? What will you do?

- Design detailed RF transmission and reception architectures across different frequency bands.
- Develop mixed-signal analog and digital RF solutions for space and communication systems.
- Design and optimize RF power amplifiers using GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS technologies, with a focus on high-efficiency architectures.
- Perform linear and non-linear RF simulations using ADS or equivalent tools, as well as analog simulations using LTSpice or similar environments.
- Define, integrate, and validate RF subsystems through laboratory testing using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and scalar/vector signal generators.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the design of RF transmission and reception architectures in different frequency bands.
- Strong knowledge of mixed-signal analog/digital design.




- Experience in RF power amplifier design using GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RF linear and non-linear simulation tools such as ADS, and analog simulation tools such as LTSpice.
- Experience working with RF laboratory equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and scalar/vector signal generators.
