Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive at SiteMinder in Barcelona, you will drive new business and upsell within our hotel customer base. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hoteliers, showcasing how our leading hotel commerce platform adds value to their property. You'll join an international, collaborative team and participate in structured onboarding to accelerate your success.

The role blends strategic account growth with hands-on client engagement, supporting our mission to simplify hotel booking at scale.

Responsabilidades Prospect and acquire new clients while upselling to existing accounts

Meet or exceed sales KPIs and timely deal closure

Prepare quotes and present proposals; negotiate contracts balancing client value and company margins





Maintain accurate CRM records and post-sale documentation to enable trials and subscription conversion

Provide actionable client feedback to Product Team for product improvements

Engage with local industry groups and travel associations, attending events and travel to client locations as needed

Requisitos principales SaaS sales experience

Fluent in Portuguese (min. C2)

Professional English proficiency

Confident phone presence and aptitude for leading meetings

Strong written and spoken communication with customers
