We are looking for a Sales Force Training Manager to manage the complete organizational learning cycle (analysis, design, delivery, and monitoring) in Spain and Portugal for sales force roles.

This person is responsible for developing the competencies which are necessary to execute the organization's strategy, leading the training of the Sales teams in both Business Units: Core Therapies (Primary Care) and Innovative Therapies (Neurology) also supporting all the activities related to product launches training needs.

Learning and Development Strategy: Identify training needs aligned with strategic priorities, designing and implementing training plans and specific campaigns. Manage the annual plan, budget, and training providers, evaluating the results of the actions taken.

Performance Management:



Monitor performance KPIs within the responsable department and propose proactive actions. Previous experience as Sales Representative and Area Manager in the pharmaceutical sector (mandatory) Experience in organizational cultural transformation processes is highly valued. Spanish (C2), English (C1).

Additionally, Portuguese would be well valued.
