Monitoring the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role ~ Fluency in English and German ~ Great quality score results ~ Experience in a sales environment Building a integral financial super app isn't enough.
