Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure

SAP HCM Payroll for Spain

.

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes and related SAP HCM functionalities.

- Configure complex payroll rules, calculations and variable remuneration.

- Ensure payroll processes comply with

Spanish legislation, Social Security and taxation requirements

.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll solutions.

- Support testing, issue resolution and payroll-related configuration activities.

- Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with

SAP HCM / SAP Payroll (PY) Spain

.

- Proven experience in

SAP Payroll implementation and configuration

.

- Good knowledge of

Spanish payroll legislation,



Social Security and taxation

.

- Experience handling complex payroll rules and variable remuneration.

- Experience with different employee groups and specific labour/payroll conditions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Payroll experience within the artists, performers, audiovisual, broadcasting, television, media or entertainment sectors

.

- Experience managing payroll for employees with specific or complex labour conditions.

- Experience in the

Spanish public sector or highly regulated environments

.
