Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - ItalyActivities under your Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup* Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations* Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks* Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and integral teams.

Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery### ### ### What We Are Looking For Bachelor's or master's degree in Business,



Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.

In-depth knowledge of country payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.

- Fluent in English and country language, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
