You'll engage with prospects, design tailored SAP SuccessFactors offerings, and demonstrate value through compelling presentations. You'll collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.

Proposal development and bid responses ensuring alignment with client needs

Cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and implementation teams to enable seamless transition to project execution

Requisitos principales 5+ years in SAP HR Presales

Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus

Analytical ability to translate client requirements into effective SAP solutions

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
