Overview In this role you implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specializing in Employee Central and Time Management, for clients across Europe. You guide customers on best practices, design configurations, and lead workshops while transferring knowledge to client teams. You will collaborate with a global Cloud Business Line to drive innovation and ensure successful, future-proof deployments.

Responsabilidades Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central and/or Time Management)

Guide clients on best practices and roadmap considerations for SuccessFactors and related HR technologies

Conduct process walkthroughs and align business processes with solution capabilities





Design and configure SuccessFactors deployments based on HR best practices

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key client users

Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the customer and maintenance teams

Collaborate with SD Worx international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation

Requisitos principales Led at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management implementation

Excellent communication skills for senior client stakeholders

Enthusiasm and proactive mindset for learning SAP latest technology

SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification

Good understanding of HR processes

High level of spoken and written English (B2-C1)

Autonomous, self-managing, and initiative-taker
