Overview In this home-based role in Spain, you will support the global Scientific Relations team by handling operational and project management tasks for a sponsor in the pharma/biotech space. You will coordinate expert meetings for major congresses, manage stakeholder communications, and create briefing materials, contributing to medical affairs and compliance-aligned processes. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure smooth event planning and impactful insights delivery.

and up to 50 meetings for smaller events Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned experts and stakeholders Schedule and manage meetings using SpotMe with calendar integration and attendee communications Create congress overview presentations, briefing decks, and meeting materials Maintain tracking tools for event planning, meeting status, and stakeholder engagement Coordinate cross-functional communication across Medical Affairs, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams Requisitos principales Masters degree in biological sciences English fluent (written, reading, speaking) Experience in event, meeting, or congress coordination in healthcare or pharmaceuticals Strong organizational and project management skills Experience with scheduling and event management platforms (SpotMe) Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exposure to congresses, stakeholder engagement, or insights processes Experience working with cross-functional teams strong communication stakeholder management organizational skills SpotMe PowerPoint Excel
