Overview

You will lead the technical evolution of AXA's global cybersecurity product by migrating and deploying WAAP and DDoS protection. You'll compare offerings from multiple providers, with strong emphasis on Akamai solutions, and orchestrate onboarding across entities. You'll craft robust security policies, track progress with KPIs, and produce incident reports. This role blends hands-on security with cross‐functional collaboration to raise AXA's security posture.

Responsabilidades Lead migration and deployment of WAAP and DDoS protections across AXA entities

Review, validate and optimize security solutions from multiple providers (with emphasis on Akamai)

Manage onboarding roadmaps for different entities and ensure seamless integration

Review and enhance DDoS (L7) and WAF configurations and policies

Raise service requests and coordinate incident tickets with vendors





Deliver incident reports for migration programs and monitor security events

Coordinate global meetings to align security initiatives

Analyze logs and threat data to improve security posture

Create security KPIs and dashboards to monitor effectiveness and compliance

Collaborate with Cyber Defense and Architecture teams to ensure enterprise standards

Requisitos principales Proven experience in managing WAAP/DDoS protection in large enterprises

Strong technical expertise in network security and threat mitigation

Migration project experience for security infrastructure

Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams

Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Hands-on Akamai or equivalent WAAP/DDoS experience
