Overview

As a Senior IC in Product Design, you will architect and hands-on design an AI-driven design system that enables production-ready UI. You will design the substrate, tokens, components, and AI workflows, while also crafting real interfaces to test and prove the system. You'll partner with design leadership to scale an AI-native design workflow across the organization, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product.

The role blends design craft with front-end code to push rapid, high-quality output. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI and design co-create product experiences at scale.

Responsabilidades Architect the design system, tokens, and components as the substrate for AI generation

Design prompt libraries, patterns, and agent workflows for production-ready UI

Prototype in production front-end code to validate system outputs

Define production-readiness criteria and evaluation methods for AI-generated UI





Drive AI-native workflows across the design organization and ensure cross-team adoption

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and design-system contributors to maintain visibility of AI output

Prototype and evaluate AI-generated interfaces as a product capability

Create playbooks, prompt libraries, and enablement to scale the system across teams

Requisitos principales 7+ years in product design and front-end engineering in complex products

Strong design sense for layout, typography, interaction, and motion

Proficiency with TypeScript/React and front-end prototyping

Experience with design systems or building/ extending them

Experience with AI design and coding tools in real work environments

Comfort working in ambiguity and setting standards for others to follow

Hands-on designer who can design and ship interfaces quickly cross-functional collaboration ability to influence and partner with design leadership
